  Excellent location - calm, great views. Impeccably clean and very well maintained. Huge living room with fireplace. Breakfast from local produce is so good it's hard to stop eating. Big kitchen is very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner instead of going to one of nearby restaurants. Pool and terrace with beautiful view on a winery fields. Local wines (available for - Casa Wallace is a beautiful place in the middle of the Langhe vineyards. Our stay was extremely peaceful, there was a huge pool where we could relax and a lovely terrace with a view over the vineyards where we could sit and chat. We particularly enjoyed the big kitchen where we could prepare our meals when we didn't want to eat at one of the restaurants in the area. The owner and staff were really nice and took wonderful care of us.

  The castle was exactly what we expected from the pictures and description, it looks great on to of the hill overlooking the village with it's cobbled narrow streets and medieval atmosphere. This is not the kind of Disney fairytale castle, but the actual romantic medieval castle with stone and red brick walls and parapets and death holes. The balcony does have pigeon droppings and spider webs, but really, - The location was brilliant as well as the views of the countryside, the upstairs of the split level room was lovely. Good clean sheets and towels. Friendly staff who put up with my bad Italien. Dinner was good, breakfast basic - it all was a bit like staying over with people you know and don't make too much of a fuss - in a positive way.

  Fantastic experience. It is quite away from the big places, quiet, very clean. The mountain air is fantastic. We slept like the babies. This hotel will definitely suit those travelling by car. The landlady was very nice and helpful to us. We really appreciate her waking up and making a breakfast for us at 5am.
