Located right across the bridge from the train station and next to the vaporetta station we were able to see and do everything with little effort. The room was very nice and continental breakfast fresh and good.

They also said that despite flood the hotel had no problems and they were looking forward to their guests to arrive. We decided go and stay their. No we do not regret about this decision and can recommend the hotel to everybody

The hotel is very well located. It is very close form the train station and a couple steps from the bus and taxi station. You can easily reach San Marco by foot and easily get back by boat. It was really great staying in this hotel. The personell was very nice and kind. Special thanks to Georgio and Irina, they were very great. Great hotel really.

Th staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast is served by a lovely lady who has an endless supply of croissants. Our room was clean and tidy with a well equipped bathroom (powerful, warm shower). The hotel is ideally located near the Plz. Roma for those arriving by bus from the airport. Nearby water buses can quickly transport you around Venice.

I would definitely recommend this beatiful hotel to anyone - especially couples- planning to visit Venice. It is very convieniently located on the Grand Canal just opposite the reailway station. This is especially important if you are arriving by train from other cities in Italy. If you chose to fly to Venice directly you can take the bus form airport which stops at 5 min away from the hotel. And the vaporetto is likewise just departs in front of the railway station. Very cute, excellent location,and very clean. Fantastic value for money (we paid 34EUR/person/night for three nights). Air conditioning was wonderful. Breakfast was also very good, some hot food and interesting jams. Room was a bit small, just enough to fit a bunk bed, a sink, and a closet, but it was okay. - free fast internet conection
