  Cristina is the most helpful host we ever encountered: speaks splendid english and helped us with all the information we needed. The room was sparkling clean and the towels changed daily. The location was very suitable for a peaceful stay: very quiet during the night, 10 minutes walking distance from the Dome and still away from the center crowds.... hva folk sier » Standard though very rich breakfast for Italy: croissant, bread buns, yoghurt, coffee/tea and orange juice. - The main advantage of the hotel is its hostess Christina who is extermely friendly and charming. She also speaks English well and is always affable. The room was big, comfortable and clean. The same I can say about a bathroom. The breakfast was good for Italy (coffee, fresh rolls, croissants, yoghurt). The hotel properly is close enough to Santa Maria Novella train station, the most city sights and Mercato centrale.

  We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. We got the room with a backyard view which was relatively quiet. I can imagine the street view rooms can be quite noisy. We were two but the room was for three so it was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was ok with hot water available at all times. The room was cleaned daily. At the - The hotel staff were fantastic! Very helpful. The man on duty when we arrived offered to let us park in his parking space which was right in front of the Hotel. It was a Sunday so the parking was free if, you could find a spot. The nice man went out and moved his car so we could take his park space.   Hotel Arianna was a fantastic place to stay! We were welcomed by the owner who was the most lovely,friendly and helpful lady you could ever wish for. Her husband and daughter were also equally as nice even their pet dog was great! He is very nice to introduce the interesting places to me and help me print out the ticket for museum the next day with patient. What's more, because of my train late, he was waiting for me until midnight. I'm very appreciate of everything he did. The location is also very good. It's near the train station and not far away from interesting places. I slept very well that night. The room is very comfortable and clean.
