  The owner, Rudi, was very friendly and helpful. The way he has painted each of the rooms in different colours is novel and interesting. The rooms have plant names and are very comfy. Every room has a balcony where you can have breakfast. Rudi had the idea to involve all guests in the concept of crudo rooms. You have to give water to the plant on the balcony, there is a book shelve where you can leave and take books and a glas where you can leave shells.   Very friendly and helpfull staff, nice beach and fantastic sea viev. The photos of the hotell are 100% realistic. Excellent restorant, we liked it more, than any in the city. - The hotel is located in a very quiet place of Calgiari. It's on a very beautyful beach and the view from the romm was awesome. The staff is nice. The terrace is wonderful.

  Really nice place in a great location, so close to all atraction of Cagliari, old town and train station. Room was clean and spacious. Personel was very helpful and kind, they gave us map with some indication and answered for all our questions. Breakfest was delicious and served in tipical italian bar, 20 meters from the hotel.   Et koselig og autentisk hotell, med en fin atmosfære, og sentral beliggenhet. - Fra hotellet hadde vi gangavstand til hele gamlebyen og vel så det, busstasjonen og jernbanestasjonen lå ca 10 min unna, veldig greit å ta bussen til Pietto stranden.
