Welcoming and very helpful staff - just great! Lovely room - quiet - beautiful old building and stunning views down over Como and lake from tables outside and restaurant - a pretty garden - excellent restaurant on site with local fare - close to funicular railway for easy journey down into Como if you wish. Lovely walks locally. Highly recommend!

The hotel is at a beautiful location. In case of good weather you will have a superb view over Como and the lake.
The host is very friendly and helpful. We could arrange our check-in for the next morning flight via Internet on their computer.
Driving to the hotel (abt.20min from Como) was exciting and funny. You need to be prepared for narrow roads where only one car fits. The hotel is not easy to find but once you are there the view is great.

The Villa is a beautiful old house which has been lovingly and tastefully restored and decorated in 2013. Kristina is a very friendly host. Great location with lovely veiws and only a short walk to the Funicular that takes you to Como. The breakfast was varied and overall good.
The option for wine and coffee (Nespresso) in the lounge was a nice touch, but one must pay.
