This hotel is the best I have ever stayed in. We were greeted with a glass of prosecco on arrival and were upgraded to a suite as it was our 1st wedding anniversary. The suite had 2 bathrooms, a lounge, a full size hot tub and a kingsize circular bed. The breakfast was amazing with a vast array of choices. The pools and facilities were top class and everywhere was spotlessly clean.

The location of the apartments was excellent. Alessia had organised the transfer for me and the car was waiting for us when we arrived. The staff checking us in were very friendly and helpful with telling us about the supermarket and other little bits of information. Allowed us to stay in the apartment a bit longer on the day of departure which

Location, great to step outside and be able to walk around. The car restriction makes you feel a bit at ease with young kids. Large nice playground only a few minutes walk away. We stayed in a 2 bed apt, everything was clean and great.

I stayed at Residence Blue Lake in August 2013 and cannot recommend it highly enough. Andrea was friendly and gave us tips on things to do. He even sourced a more powerful hair dryer for us! The apartment was a nice size, very clean and with everything you might need. The building is a 5 minute walk to the lake, restaurants and shops in Bardolino.

We loved every minute of our stay it was so relaxing in the hotel with a short walk to the lake and the restaurants. The hotel was not too big which suited us but sadly did not get chance to eat in restaurant at night as we were part of a wedding with lots of per booked group arrangements but breakfasts were superb! Would love to stay again!! -

Location was fantastic. The staff super could not do enough to help you. That facilities were very good even if a bit dated. The meal we had in the hotel was just lovely got 18 euros. Cheapest in all Italy Bed was huge and extremely comfy. Shower was lovely to. Plenty hot water
