Upholstery and upkeep was poor
The hotel is situated about two minutes walk from Khan Market in central New Delhi, which is really good. It also serves as a good starting point for going (by car) to other parts of New Delhi. The staff was very friendly and had a very good English in general, and the level of service was good at all instances. We had one breakfast there (though we stayed there two nights), which was very delicious and with a good choice of both continental and Indian items. When we needed to print something, we were directed to the in-house business center, which was helpful and efficient in getting our documents printed. The Wi-Fi Internet connection was (albeit at ₹ 700-ish/day) was stable and fast.
For an international hotel of this type, the selection and quality of international TV-channels was rather poor. Our room was close to a compressor of some sort, that made a bit of noise sometimes during the night.

Not much natural light in the room . Colours dark.
Location is grate, near the khan market metro station. Room are spacious and clean Breakfast is reach with indian food Staffs are helpful and cooperative I woul like to mention some of there names Amit and Zeena with there collgues from the reception. Lalite the old energetic man in the loopy who do every thing to make you staying is memorial. The driver Mr sing was informative.

beds had spring mattresses which dont suit everybody. old property converted to a new hotel so all accessories were old unnecessarily expensive- a bottle of mineral water 250rs
Location
Never got hot water, The reception staff admitted that there was some technical problem. All the furnitures (Drawers) and bathroom fixtures were hard to operate.
