Luggage can also be left here in case of early arrival. A prior appointment needs to be scheduled in order to check-in outside office hours using the contact details found on your booking confirmation and may be subject to an additional fee. Guests are also required to behave in a responsible and socially acceptable manner at all times while occupying the apartment and to be considerate and courteous to all the neighbours. In case of non-social behaviour or complaint, guests agree to vacate the apartment immediately without refund or redress. In rare case of any non-availability of this property, the property will offer you an alternate property of equivalent or higher standard in the vicinity. Please note that the property offers Special Discounted Rates for Weekly Stays (minimum 7 nights) & Monthly Stays (minimum 28 nights) but all bookings will be required to pay electricity charges upon actual usage.
