The staff were fantastic, very friendly but still professional. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, large choice of foods of good quality, something for everyone. The lobby, pool area, beach and grounds were beautiful and very well tended. -

Comfortable clean room with lovely decoration, cool colors and relaxing atmosphere. Pool area very beautiful with shady areas in the gardens . Views are the highlight. full panoramic views of the whole coast line and sea. 5 minutes walk to long clean beach withe free umbrellas and beds at fish taverna. Breakfast delicious and fresh . Family run hotel which makes you feel part of the family too .lovely people , real Greece !

Everything. It was beautifully furnished - we liked how it tried to stay traditional to the Cretan style. The facilities were amazing, as was the food (tasty and an excellent choice) - and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Our room was amazing - very spacious, comfortable and with a beautiful view. -

Nothing was too much for any of the staff - you were treated superbly with a fantastic hotel room & great sea views.
As we arrived late & missed dinner, the hotel had placed a plate of salad, cold meat, a bottle of wine & water on our arrival.
During meal times, there was a wide selection of dishes available.
Sissi is a quiet area as is the hotel and fantastic for peace & relaxation.
The spa treatments that i received were well worth the money.

Excellent resort. We had a very large, solid villa located away from the noisy main swimming pool. It was quiet, clean and will climatized. Very nice sunsets. You can walk from one resort to the other and back, close to a 2-km walk. Very nice lawn. Service very friendly and helpful. Good location somehow. -

The hotel is nested in wonderful garden. Do not hesitate to choose the rooms with small garden in front, it is perfect for kids. everything was amazing - we went into our honeymoon and they greeted us with lots of great surprizes; the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, the location breathtaking, serene - all in all, we have absolutely no complaints and we came back fully refreshed and delighted! thank you for the amazing vacation! -
