Location is perfect. Babbis is very helpful (even he arranged our restaurant reservations) Rooms is clean.
There was no hot water in the rooms.

Very well located just behind the Ermou street and close to the port (you can walk in 10 mins) The room is clean , big and usefull enough. If you want to use the otel just to sleep and for your basic needs, it'very suitable.
The hotel has better rooms than you can see on pictures. Most of the furniture is new. We were surprised. Perfect location if you wanna enjoy night life.
Noisy street, so need to close window. Or drink more wine before go to bed :)
Nice budget hotel for short stays at the center of Mytilini. The hotel offers all the main facilities in a very inexpensive price. The staff is very friendly. The only thing I would like to see next time resolved is the no signal reception of wi-fi on the upper floor.
