  Wonderful room with balcony and lovely view. Every facility we could want was available and staff very helpful and friendly. Outside bar/restaurant area was very attractive by the River Ems. The best breakfast with the biggest choice of food we have ever had; including champagne! - Always a friendly smile, helpful and attentive staff. Nothing is ... hva folk sier » too much trouble. The hotel is always at its best with no signs of wear and always very well maintained.
