Quite outstanding hospitality offered by Stefan and Frank - friendly, interesting and helpful in every way. This is a simple, clean and unpretentious hotel offering really excellent value for money. The four days spent at Zum Anker enabled us to appreciate (for the first time) some of the reasons that people love the Moselle - we strongly recommend this Hotel and the whole area.

The hotel is in a beautifully and tastefully restored castle. It is conveniently located to the river, pedestrian zone and bus stops. The hotel owner was extremely nice, offering us an upgrade and picking us up from the train station in Bullay. The breakfast was plentiful, and restaurant was very good. The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly.

I had the most wonderful four days at this hotel while I was buying a holiday home there. The owner, Karin, was so helpful and warm and made me feel very welcome. The restaurant was 5 Star eating and the castle setting and rooms were breathtakingly elegant with such a fantastic history. What a wonderful start to Christmas- almost a fairytale.

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and tasteful equipped. There is
also parking for cars. The breakfast is amazing and reasonably priced.
After having been to the Feriendomizil am Lindenplatz in Bullay in
Germany we realized how overpriced many other hotels / apartments
are, particularly in various neighbouring countries. We will certainly
return to the place and would recommend it to everyone to stay there;
there is no risk for disappointment. 10 / 10 !!

My husband had a bike accident and needed immediate medical care. We also needed to quickly arrange transfers of the rental bikes and our luggage. Silke welcomed us to Gasthaus Sabine and very graciously made phone calls to arrange help and personally drove us to the hospital and train station which greatly helped make a bad situation a bit better
