It is max 15 minutes walk away from Frankfurt-hahn airport (down on the left hand side as you walk on the road out from the airport, you will see a redish house down where the car parking is, walk down through the car parking). You can see that they have made an effort to keep the standard high and keep the price low. I didn't eat in the restaurant but it seems reasonably priced and nicely decorated. alle vurderinger » We had an flight from Frankfurt airport and picked up this hotel. Location is perfect, just 10 min walk to airport. Hotel has its own restaurant with very good food and big portions. Stuff was very friendly and spoke some English. Room was very clean and comfy, we had a good night sleep. Also car park was available for 2€ per day. Was just perfect for us (as we left our car there and flew to Sardinia). Absolutely everything about this hotel was fantastic. It really is 5 minutes from the airport, 3 minutes if you find the short cut :) Staff friendly, food wonderful, location superb, clean, tidy, efficient, no mssy handling of documents, just in, pay, smile, eat, drink and sleep and be ready for your onward journey next day. Firstly, the location as it is so close to Hahn airport. The receptionists could speak English quiet well and were very friendly. Though its a small hotel yet properly decorated and very well organized, comfortable...I felt like at home. In breakfast, I had everything which I can have on my dinning table at home :-)). I liked everything about the Hotel. It was spotless the owner and staff were lovely and friendly. The food at the restaurant was faultless and also the breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the owner Frau Antje Schwan: the best hostess I´ve ever seen and I travel almost every week for the past 6 years. Also the restaurant offers great food, very homey. The rooms are big and comfortable. I made an error and booked wrong date (one week ahead) so my host was not expecting me. She however dealt with this and I had a very comfortable stay. Minus 5 degrees outside but warm and cosy inside. Note the restaurant is closed Thursdays though. Perfect for an early departure from the Frankfurt-Hahn airport. You can leave the car during the night in the hotel and then drive to the parking at the airport in the morning. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on it. A homely feel, the bar and restaurant seemed friendly and open for a chat. The staff were friendly and had great english. Convenient location to Hahn Airport, only about 10minute walk, and taxi only €5 if it is raining. Near to Airport Hahn and a nice restaurant at the Gasthaus. Everything was excellent, I would have *preferred* kettle in the room to make a cup of tea. That's a personal preference, otherwise I can't fault it. no free internet. it should be included in the price. Well, it is rather 10-15 minutes from the airport. Not 5. Especially at dark time. Everything was fine!. more of a 5-10 minute walk to the airport. I arrived unexpectedly late, and had no way to contact the manager nor any staff. There was a phone number on the door, but no-one replied after midnight. In the end I managed to guess the code to find the key to my door, but this was very stressful, and I was lucky... The value from breakfast - for 6 EUR it was very bad breakfast. It's hard to find if you don't know where it is, especially when it's dark. Despite saying they have a non smoker policy, the room smelled a little of smoke. And the polyester sheets are extremely unconfortable. Receptionist promissed me to bring the invoice in the evening, but most probably he forget to do this. Next morning I left hotel at 6:50 and there was nobody to ask an invoice!. The rudiest hostel-owner I have ever met. She threw all our luggage away at eleven in the morning.
