Good value for the money. Staff
Nothing
Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable, well-decorated and relatively new big room. Free Wi-Fi, but requires giving a mobile number to register. Great value for money. It's called B&B, but it works like an hotel.
Relatively near Potsdamer Platz (15 minutes walking) and Tiergarten (25 minutes walking), but still takes some time to reach an U-Bahn or S-Bahn station from there. Well located if you want to know Berlin during daylight.
Good position close to Potsdamer Platz, the Tiergarten and all public transport. Very good value for money in central Berlin. Clean and comfortable air conditioned room, cheerful decor, excellent breakfast which is well worth the extra ten euros. I especially liked the provision of lockers for left luggage.
The hotel is on a busy street and even though I was on the 7th floor I could still hear the traffic until the early hours. However, my friend had a room at the rear on the 2nd floor and it was very peaceful. My room also smelled of smoke, but I booked late and was therefore on a smoking floor. The hotel did their best for me because I asked for a quiet room - which I guess is why I was given the top floor.
-Great value for money. -Small but clean and adequate room and bathroom -Friendly and helpful staff -Breakfast was simple but ok -Good WIFI included, although connecting the first time is a bit awkward. -Good parking facility -There were bikes for rent right outside the door! But otherwise the subway was within 10 minutes walking distance.
-Not very inviting neighborhood, you need to go to Potsdammerplatz for a decent place to eat, which is very easy to get to by bike, but at least 20 minutes on foot. -Thin pillows.
Very clean. Nice room and bathroom. Very helpful staff.
Took some time to find it. It is not close to Potsdamer platz; it is about 20 minutes walk away. It should say 3 bus stops south of Potsdamer Platz on the 85 or 48 bus.
Rezeption works until 23.00 and nobody told (said) it to me.
Centrally located
Expensive for a hotel that might just merit 3 stars. We booked the Berlin Potsdamer but they failed to advise us that the sign outside says "B & B" so it was hard to identufy in a busy street and we had to phone even though we were within 100 yards/0
