Great Hotel - Excellent Location. The hotel is just outside of the citycentre. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the Cathedral. The roomwas well decorated and very clean. We reserved junior suite, but it was upgraded to suite. Room was large, clean and beautiful. We could go out to balcony, enjoying beautiful Alsace building inside. The hotel is absolutely the best in Strasbourg. Stay in the hotel could be one of the best experience in Strasbourg.

Very charming hotel. Old and new combined perfectly, tastefully furnished, very nice atmosphere. Service was outstanding! Friendly, smiling, very service minded staff (all of them without exception). The hotel is beautiful. It was much nicer than the pictures showed. The only rooms available were the junior suite and after we saw it we were so glad we paid extra for it. The room was beautiful and large and worth the extra price. Everything at this hotel is pristine and reaps with French charm. We plan to stay here when going to Alsace.

This place was amazing. We arrived early 4 hours early and were promptly checked in. The reception staff member was very welcoming and showed us to our room. We also met the co-owner at the end of our stay, and she was more than happy to provide a wealth of information. Wish I had gotten their names to thank them both. The location was fantastic, the building had a sense of tradition and the spa area was clean and very relaxing. I will be sure to return to this hotel.
