  The house was tucked away in the countryside - definitely need a good Michelin map to find it. It had a beautiful large garden, where we sat on loungers in the late afternoon sun and where we were served aperitifs (we took the very good evening meal, which has to be booked in advance). The room was large, clean and very comfortable. But our fav... hva folk sier » ourite memory of Le Clos Beauvallet is Fripon, their friendly (and lively) English sheepdog! This was an overnight stop on a cycling holiday and it - Our hosts were very friendly and looked after our every needs. When ever we went out they were very quick to ask if we would like a drink or coffee on our return. Breakfasts were great with most of it being home made.
