  The staffs were friendly and welcoming. Although the check in time is at 2.30 pm but we were allowed to go in at 12noon. Very strategic area close to train station and restaurants. There are many Halal food restaurant nearby especially for muslim travellers like us. - The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Jan helped us confirm our reservations with a tour package and then emailed me confirmation, such a relief to have it handled so capably! The hotel is very close to both train stations which - A modern clean hotel very close to the station with interesting sights and walk nearby especially the canal. Montparnasse is a 20 minutee stroll away. The tour bus stops almost outside and of course the metro is across the road. We had room 604 which us at the rear with a balcony and we would recommend this room notwithstanding the fact that is one of the more expensive rooms

  A big surprise in Paris ! Quite well located just in front of the Gare de l'Est, the Hotel offers clean and well-designed bedrooms. Although it is located in a busy street, the silence inside the room is remarkable. I had the chance to get a suite for a relative cheap price (86 €) but I may think that the standard rooms may be a bit small... Helpf... hva folk sier » ul staff and even if the check-in is a bit late (1500), they offer to keep your luggage until then (and even to call you if your room is ready earlier - Excellent room and great staff, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable bed and a really modern and clean room. The location is great, we walked to most of the places we went to and you can get right down to the quarter Latin in about 40mins. If you prefer not to walk gare d est tube is about 30 seconds away from the hotel door. I would definitely use this hotel again.

We were upgraded on arrival to a gorgeous suite with a private sun terrace on the fourth floor, with a playstation and so many amenities. The gym was great as well, with lots of equipment.
