  The setting was beautiful with stunning mountain scenery and the sound of the river flowing close by. The bedroom was tastefully decorated, very comfortable bed and great shower. The young couple running the hotel are so hard working but nothing is too much bother.   A perfect getaway. You could imagine a famous author sitting in one of these cottages and being inspired to write his next novel. We stayed here overnight on our way through france, but I could imagine staying here for a week or more. It's absolutely beautiful. Quaint cottages with full kitchen facilities, breathtaking scenery, comfortable, clean ... hva folk sier » and wifi to boot. I loved staying here and would definitely recommend it. - Lovely family-run hotel, away from the bustle of nearby (3km)St Jean-Pied-de-Port which is full of shops and of course pilgrim travellers en route to Compostella. It was very peaceful and sitting in the garden for our evening meals which were excellent, with the sound of the nearby river and birdsong was simply lovely. A lovely small village location.
