  The receptionist changed my room to a bigger one as my 2 kids were with me without fuss, very friendly staffs. Clean room, a/c and quiet. Overall it was great.

  The reception staff were brilliant, very helpful. I emailed the hotel a couple of times and they answered very quickly and dealt with my quiries. Including the transfer into disney (which was free). We were a party of 12. including children.   It was very nice. The rooms were ok and clean. Very friendly service. The breakfast and the restaurant (dinner) were both very good. - I was surprised how clean it was. The parking is gated so you don't have to worry about your car. I liked that they were able to accomodate all 5 of us and the dog in one room (and it wasn't too cramped). However... hva folk sier » we spent very little time in our room because we were at Disney until closing. It is convenient to Disney.
