I loved that it was so central. We were also able to park behind the hotel. The staff are friendly and courteous, and the rooms comfortable and clean.I also realised that the price from your website is very much less than we would have paid at the hotel itself. - This is an ideal situation in Rouen. The underground car parking is a boon.

Staff was pleasant and helpful, especially the young man who ran my suitcase up three flights of stairs. The location was perfect for a quick visit to Rouen. Looking out my window at a Gothic building was very atmospheric.

Impressive from the outside and even better within with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bar / sitting area with a range of art to look at. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely en-suite. The spa facilities were spotless & there's a lovely pool area. The old city is literally on the doorstep waiting to be explored -

The couple who own the property could not have been more delightful, generous and helpful. Finding the place and then parking are not easy but if you make sure the owners know in advance they will organise it. The villa is 2 mins walk from the metro so access to city centre is easy. Room and facilities were beautifil and so peaceful!
