  Beautiful location, great rooms and amazing food. We stayed there with our 6 year old son and he was made feel very welcome too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a terrific place. Perfect for a special occasion or just to enjoy the beautiful scenery around and relax with good food and wine. - The hotel is very close to Carcassonne... hva folk sier » airport and an ideal stopover for travel the following day. it is also close to the medieval city. The food is excellentand very good value for a Michelin starred restaurant. There is a also a small pretty pool.

  The owners were very hospitable, tending to our needs. We had a very large converted attic room. Whilst the space was appreciated, the steps to it were a little precarious, when carrying small children and, being an attic conversion, the room was a little hot at times. Whilst our room lacked cooking facilities, I gather that most of the other room... hva folk sier » s have cooking facilities and are more akin to gites; albreit with the added benefit of breakfast and evening, gourmet meals on offer. In any event, t - The peace and tranquility, the views. The hostess was very friendly and I loved her two dogs. Breakfast was delicious.
