  This was an excellent experience. Everything was all around superb, especially the staff who was most gracious. A Luxurious hotel and spa in a prime site above town, but also very welcoming, no stuffiness; absolutely comfortable. Great food variety and quality, too. - Everything. This is one of the best hotels in Europe....

  The spa facilities, the pool and the saunas were really good. The rooms were large and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay there. The website needs updating though as both WiFi and wired internet is available in all rooms.

  the junior suite was very big, well decorated, great room ammenities. the bechers bar was phenomenal, the cocktails and food were divine. the waiters are an asset to the hotel. english is not widely spoken although german and french are so we spoke those instead. - Friendly, highly professional staff; best interior decor I've ever seen; well-furnis... hva folk sier » hed room accomodations; proximity to old town center.

  Absolutely perfect location, right in the centre in Karlovy Vary. Every single staff member we talked to was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our car was parked by the staff somewhere nearby, and it was returned with the windscreen cleaned, a nice detail. The room was large, elegant, comfortable and quiet, with good wifi signal and a good sel... hva folk sier » ection of TV channels. Breakfast was served in the atrium and was delicious. We had dinner in the hotel's gourmet restaurant and it was a wonderful ex - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Promenada. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and great service. This hotel is located right across the street from the main springs buidling, and on the main city street, a few yards walk to many restaurants, shops and other city attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the most from their Karlovy Vary experience.

  Very beautifull room. Hotel is recently renovated with attention todetails. Very good isolation from noice. At night sitting on thebalconny listening to to the violinmusic from the restaurant below wasvery romantic. Free use of sauna and wirlpool. Right in the centre ofkarlovy vary - Excellent location, very clean, very comfortable.
