The historic town of Split with the UNESCO-listed Diocletian’s Palace is at a distance of 25 km. Trogir Bus Station is only 200 metres from the Kampanel Villa. Split Airport is at a distance of 6.5 km. Split's Main Train Station and Ferry Port are 27 km away.

Villa Kampenal was an excellent base for our stay in Trogir. The location was good to, we would have liked to have stayed in the old town but having free parking was more important to us, and the location of this hotel is just a few steps from the old town so really perfect. We booked a suite, it was excellent, the decor in all rooms was amazing. Other great features about this place was the free coffee machine and roof terrace. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

We really recommend the beach 200 mt away from the hotel, it´s not too crowded and has just 1 cool and relaxing bar. The staff at Villa Kampanel is so friendly, we stayed there for 2 nights and it was great! Very kind, very helpful...thank you guys, it was a pleasure staying with you! As we were there in the shoulder season they were flexible on the price for our stay, so we saved a bit also. The apartments were up and downstairs and architect designed, very modern spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and were obviously briefed on the guests potential preferences when they changed over and were always looking to assist us further or just have a laugh. Best place we stayed in a month in Europe. There wasn't one thing that we didn't like! Location is in the centre of the town and also they offer free parking. Interior is great, very clean and modern and we have no words for the staff...they were excellent! Breakfast is rich and very good. We took coffee on the terrace and enjoy beautifull view on the old town center. We will come back for sure!. The staff friendly and helpful. The entrance wasnt at all appealing but the interior made up for that. All aspects were good, location, comfort, staff were all excellent. Nothing. 1.It was not so easy to find the hotel and the parking. So more description on the website and a sign on the street would be helpful. 2.It is mentioned as Bed and Breakfast, but the price was not including the breakfast. It costs 5€ per person additionally. :). No elevator. Someone had been smacking out of the terrace and there was a dirty ashtray and ash on the table... However the housekeeping rushed to allow us the check in on our arrival, which was very useful and kind. No elevator. Breakfast is poor, could be better. Just one point. Some of the rooms face busy Trogir street and it's impossible not to hear cars and honking under the window. Would not recommend it for light sleepers. Improvement on the (Free) coffee is possible but then I should Not complain as it is free... A little bit different to find. Although staff meant well, they could have been a bit more meticulous. For example, they forgot to give us the front door key so we were locked out when we returned from dinner. However, it also has to be said that when we called them, they immediately came over (no-one was at the hotel at that time) to let us in. -. The room was clean and nice but we were in a room which had the bathroom downstairs from where we slept and it was a little bit annoying at times to go up and down the stairs in the middle of the night just to take a piss. Smaller rooms, not easy to find the parking of the hotel, poor breakfast.
