The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Our son joined us and they accommodated all of us with no problem. The air conditioning in the room was an added bonus and was very welcome, especially because of the hot weather during our stay. The location is perfect for city tour. It is not inside the old town but I guess it is an advantage of the apartments than disadvantage. Split is very touristic place with magnificent palace and old part of the city. In my opinion, it is better to stay somewhere outside the crowdy center. A personal is very friendly and helpful. We spent a great night in Split at Sleep Inn. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, well-designed and the service was fantastic and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The staff was excellent - very friendly and helpful, and they spoke English very well. The location is very good and really easy to find, just outside the north wall of the palace. The next day my friends arrived in Split and we stayed at a larger apartment in the palace, which I'd recommend just to see all the different passageways (there's no way we would've seen what we did in the palace if we didn't have to follow these passageways to our apartment), but at the same time the apartment in

I loved the location, and I loved the owners. They were so friendly and hospitable! I was worried because I had read about the noise from the train tracks....but really it was nothing. Unless you are expecting to sleep on a farm in dead silence,it is just normal city noise. You can also hear the boats hooting from the harbour which adds atmosphere

Conveniently located next to the old city center across from the sea. Also directly located across from the ferry port, bus and train terminals, which gives direct access to island hopping and exploring other cities around split.

The room had air-conditoning which was perfect after hot days. There was a tv with many channels in English. It was spacious and clean with a mini fridge and free wifi. The owner was helpful and friendly and the bathrooms were clean and great showers.

Malena contacted us via email before we arrived and we Recieved a walking map to the apartment which was very helpful since it can be difficult to navigate between the old city walls. This accommodation was great but I recommend one night in old town split.

Our apartments had balcony & spacious terrace with a sea view. The owners actually live in this house, but they decided to rent this apartments (they live downstairs) just this year, so its well equiped with all necessary facilities and stuff.

I can't understand why the rating for this place is so low. But, we
stayed at the one-bedroom luxury and the cheaper apartments are run by
another person. The owners are great! The views are outstanding. Best
beds in the Balkans. And, the price is extraordinarily low.

Nice and roomy. It's a self-contained apartment with a kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom is air conditioned which was a welcome relief in the 40 degree heat.
Location is near a beach (about a 10-15min walk) and outside the port city centre, but only a 10 minute bus ride in (5 stops I think). Supermarket is about 1-2 mins walk away. -

Lovely welcome from Vanja. We had a room with a balcony overlooking roof tops and the sea; to the right, masses of bougainvillea. Billa Supermarket just round the corner. 5 min walk to the sea and Split families enjoying themselves on the sandy sections of the beach. 15 mins walk into the wonderful old city. A road nearby was busy, but never at night. Definitely recommend.
