Ankica was so welcoming, she answered all my correspondence, had her lovely husband collect us from the bus, gave us a bottle of her home made cherry brandy that was magnificent, and was available for any queries that we had. I have never been given such a welcoming anywhere else, she is a lovely lady and I would never hesitate in totally recommending Apartment Familia to any other travellers. Minutes to restaurants and a very short stroll to the beach and markets.

The owners made us feel so welcome. They picked us up at the bus stop
(and dropped us off at the end of our stay as well.) We had a plate of
Dalmatian prosciutto, tomatoes, and bread waiting for us - in addition
to sparkling mineral water and wine. They helped us with anything we
needed, including suggestions for dining and beaches. Our room was made
up every day, even though we usually headed out late in the afternoon.

Really friendly and welcoming staff. We were offered biscuits and watermelon on arrival and cake when we left. The apartment was very clean and plenty of space. It was well equipped for cooking. It was in a good Location with plenty of supermarkets around. -

Nice view to Biokovo and a pretty calm+comfortable apartment. The staff is very friendly, but most of them speak only Croatian. It's far away from the loudy and crowded main street, so it's better to sleep at night. -

The apartman was perfect - very comfortable and clean, the kitchen was good equipped, air conditioning was a big help in the summer heat :) The location is also perfect, it was very close to the city center and also to the beach (few minutes walk). The hosts were very nice and friendly, we had a great and fantastic time in Bose apartman, Makarska.

The decoration and interior design of the hotel is just beautiful. Rooms were so clean. Greeting from very friendly receptionist on arrival was great as found the Croatians to be incredibly sour and unfriendly, SO we nearly fell over with the warmth of the greeting! Restaurant food was excellent - I do recommend you have lunch here one of the days

Good sized rooms. Great views of the sea. Very comfortable and furnished in a modern beach style. Loved the sauna in the room. Close to other fabulous beaches including Brela and Baska Voda.
Wonderful staff especially Dragana at reception. She is a gem and couldn't do enough for us. Thanks Dragana!

Perhaps the most helpful owners/staff we met on our whole trip. A family operation. Our room did not have much of a view but was in fact roomy with a roomy kitchen/dining area and a balcony. Bathroom was a bit tight, but acceptable, clean and modern. -

Attention to details (candles etc, beach towels and mattresses available to the guest - female touch which makes it all nicer) -
