The rooms are spacious, very clean and extremely well finished and
decorated. This extended into every detail through the whole hotel, from
lobby to hallways and rooms to a level you don't see very often in
China, specially not in this price class. Bed was of superb quality.
Break fast was nice with a good choice between Chinese and Western food.
Also the food from room service was affordable and very tasty. Best
thing was the spa, never had such a good massage anywhere in China.

Everything, the hotel has excellent facilities.
Great for wheelchair access all around and great accessible bedroom with great shower. Very safe.
Managers / leaders spoke great English and knew western service requirements.
I would recommend staying here but expect a great hotel, western brand but be prepared to tolerate difficult communication

Breakfast room at top floor - Staff were very friendly and helpful, but shy about talking with a westerner - I was the only one staying there! Location is great. Decor is excellent. Single room was really big with a double bed. Non-smoking bedroom really was non-smoking(no lingering smell) - a rarity in China.

My room was clean and comfortable. I stayed in the executive suite, with a living room, and extra bathroom. The room came with a great view of the city, extra large bathtub, foyer with two closets, entryway half bath, and a business desk w/ computer and fax machine.

- Hotel location; International Trade City (Futian) is a short taxi ride away (or you can take the shuttle bus), also for shopping the Night market is about 15 minutes walk (Passing the petrol shed opposite) and Jeibei Shopping Center is also about 15-20 Mins walk.
- Room was good, hot water excellent.
- Wifi/Internet, free and very fast!
