I could not fault this place. Staff went out of their way to make our
stay there the best it could be. Not only did they allow us to check-in
to our room at 5am (normal check-in is at 2pm) but they helped book our
transfers, provided extra in their welcome pack (beers, wine,
biscuits..), brought our food orders from the pub to our room and

The price was excellent, my room was comfy and clean, the gym and pool facilities were a very welcoming touch, breakfast was 'spot-on' and the location was great. Hotel and room was new and clean, excellent condition!

The staff was willing to help you. E.g. I had some questions about public transport by bus to Sofia and they immediatly answerde my quetsion by searching on internet and offerde me to bring me to the busstation. The room was good and there was a big choice of food while having breakfest. One evening I ate at the restaurant which was also really good. The Teddy House is an nice not to big place to stay!
