  We arrived to a very warm welcome from Ann who provided us with a local aperitif and information about the area. Our first impressions were that it was an extremely well presented B&B and not what we were expecting to find in the countryside outside of Iper. Anne and Filip were fabulous hosts, going above and beyond their duty to make us feel welcome and relaxed. The layout of the B&B, the fantastic rural views, the small pond, the bridge, the doves, geese, black swans were like out of a romantic film.
