This is a beautiful place to stay. A tastefully converted mill that overlooks a park with a stream and abundant birdlife. Its is both tranquil and re-energising. My welcome was warm and attentive and the attention to detail top class. A great spread for breakfast too! All in all a wonderful place to stay. I will be back ;-) -

I recommend this guest house as an ideal place not only for holiday rest, but for rehabilitation after surgery as well. I had to go for a surgery to one of the Beclinic. Everything. It was like staying at home. The room was quiet, spacious and had everything you need like coffee, thee, mini bar and a desk to work on. The bed was the best I have ever slept in and better than the beds at the sofitel hotel in paris; not too soft and not too hard, just perfect. Even though you stay at someone's house you have a separate entrance and so you really feel free to come and go whenever you like; you do not disturb anybody. This B&B is really exceptional. The house is four hundred years old but has been lovingly restored by Michel, the owner, and is now very comfortable indeed with a great bed. The location is amazing - directly opposite the extensive, exquisite and peaceful 13th century Begijnhof (a sort of village within a town), but just a 10 minute walk right into the centre of Leuven which is a lively and happy university town, or a 5 minute walk to the river and walks in the forest. This is the best B&B we have ever stayed in! Super clean everywhere, huge room, huge bed, amazing shower and very cool sink!
Jorgen was very welcoming and friendly and also very helpful during our stay. Breakfast was delicious each morning with a selection of different food.
I would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

I stayed in B&B Charming Escape for one night upon arrival to Brussels. We were two adults and three children (2,5,8).
The accommodations were excellent the hospitality was very good and breakfast was great.
We ate breakfast outside in the beautiful garden and it was a lot of fun.
As we flew into Brussels late in the evening this was the perfect choice.
