  Veldig sentralt - The staff was amazing. From the moment we checked in, they were bendingover backwards to make us comfortable and to help us in any waypossible.   Staff was very helpful and friendly as well as very efficient. As a business solo traveller of some 20 odd years, this was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed so far. It was very nice experience to be made to feel welcome as a 'guest' for a change instead of a necessary evel visiting on them.   I read the reviews and was expecting much less. I found it a GREAT value. If you need a hotel close to the Brussels Airportm this place serves your needs well and it was only 15Euros via taxi to the airport. - Very useful location on the edge of Brussels (near airport) and a good stopping off point.   Very good shuttle to and from the airport. Clean comfortable very quiet rooms with coffee and minibar. Well kept public areas, pool, and garden. As mid range airport hotels go, this is an excellent one. - i was there only for 1 night, 6 hours, but i liked the shuttle bus and the bed, shuttle bus could go more late the last trip

  Very friendly staff indeed! - Everything was first class and we had a great stay. We liked everything. The friendliness, helpful, very honest people who couldn't do enough for you, the service feels family run (which it is). You could'nt be closer to central Leuven = the most elegant three star hotel we have stayed in Leuven.
