The location is excellent. I brought a relative to Leuven while I worked and this is a perfect place to stay. It is on a square of restaurants, across the street from the train/bus stations, and with a pedestrian walk around the far side of the building towards the incredibly beautiful centre of town . Leuven is a university town it is filled with restaurants, young people and energy. -
The location is excellent when you travel by train or bus and have business to do in Leuven
The rooms are clean, a lot of space, excellent bathroom.
breakfast is good.
The admosphere is a bit 'maigret'like, also because on the floor there is a cafe and the square outside is full of busy terraces. You would expect that on this location there is much noise in the night but this is not the case. It is rather quite in fact.

The staff were very helpful, very pleasant. The food was very nice. My room was clean tidy and fresh. The bath is full size and the shower is strong.
The spa was busy and the girl coped very well with all the customers. She spoke several languages too. -

This is a beautiful place to stay. A tastefully converted mill that overlooks a park with a stream and abundant birdlife. Its is both tranquil and re-energising. My welcome was warm and attentive and the attention to detail top class. A great spread for breakfast too! All in all a wonderful place to stay. I will be back ;-) -
