  We used the hotel as a stop over on our way across continental Europe so arrived late and left early. It was perfect for this as right next to the Antwerp ring road, spotlessly clean, and was able to accommodate myself and kids in one room with a hot shower en suite.   I live just across the road from the Zeemanshuis and booked a room while some renovation work was taking place in the house. I really enjoyed my stay! It was very interesting to see the variety of guests staying there, from tourists to sailors. I have heard that the hotel is due to be leveled and replaced with shops.
