  The premier twin room with 2 queen beds was beautifully equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. My partner had told the Rockpool bar & Grill about my birthday, and I was treated especially well by staff. Very spacious and fancy. Excellent big pool. Amazing view of the city and the Yarra. Not looking directly into the window of another building like most cbd hotels. Walking distance to cbd and good restaurants and just far enough away to keep out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

  Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about. Staff were extremely helpful and very polite. The cleanliness of the property was good. We booked for one night, but unfortunately I spent 8 hours at St Vincents Hospital. So we had time to unpack and then pack our belongings in the morning.

  We especially loved the wonderful noise free environment of our room.We were on the 10th floor but never heard one sound anytime. We had the most wonderful sleep.The housekeeping of the room was excellent. The window seat was a firm favourite, a great spot to relax in the sun with a book.   We stayed at Plum Southbank for one night prior to an over seas trip. It was a convenient location to the Restaurant Tram which we can recommend and easy access back to the airport. The apartment was spacious with a well equipped kitchen and lounge area with a small balcony. Staff where very friendly and helpful and the price for apartment was ver... hva folk sier » y good. We will stay at the Plum Apartments on our next visit to Melbourne and recommend it. - Enjoyed the stay. Would highly recommend if anyone was interested in the f1. Handy to walk into and around the city. Public transport excellent but comfortably covered a lot on foot. We were placed in the apartments next door to The Plum - was still the same management. Room was spotless, excellent facilities and we had a fantastic 270 degree view of the city scape - magic at night.
