It is a very good apartment, price is good, room is clean and tidy, big enough. I will stay there next time.

Excellent apartment, spotless! Huge kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave so you can prepare your own meals! Great modern decor, living room area with sofas, tv and a dining table, makes it feel very cosy. Big balcony with table and chairs and great views of the city! Short walk from fortitude valley station, or the river front! 20 minute walk into CBD, lots of shops , theatres, restaurants etc. Woolworths across the road so you can buy your food fresh. Fortitude valley rail goes to and from airport too or straight down the Gold Coast, just make sure you get your "Go Card" and you will save a fortune! Excellent apartment in a beautiful city, would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable set up, nice bathrooms and nice balcony. Kitchen was well appointed and it was very nice to have a good size freezer!
The reception office was only open from 8:30-16:30, forcing most travelers to check in by phone. It took almost 10 minutes and 6 phone tries before anyone answered my call and directed me to the keys,etc. It would be nice for Bookings.com to boldly print the reception hours.
Good value for 2 bed. Free wifi is a bonus. Woolworth within walking distance. Safe and secure place.
Actually we only saw 1 staff member on the day we arrived. He arrived at the front door at the same time - he set us up with our room and parking. Then we just came and went like we owned the place. Lovely

The unit was very light. Lifts worked well & best of all it was very secure.

coffee table was damaged on top very noticeable on first entry. Big stain on bedroom wall by bedside table (didn't look nice so we cleaned it)

Very nice comfortable apartments on a good location with excellent facilities. Free secure parking. Very friendly and flexible receptionist.
Apartments are not good maintaned and not clean. Shower is scaled and leaks. Vacuumcleaner is completely full and there are no spare bags. Dishwasher is not werking and plates and cutlery are dirty.

When I arrived there was no one at reception. Someone let me into the building but then I had to wait ten minutes before the staff arrived. Not enough tea and sugar packets.

Ideal location, convenient to restaurants, supermarket and small shopping complex two minutes away. Easy walk to Roma Street Gardens, River Boardwalk, free city bus stops and ferry services. Fortitude Valley and Chinatown five minutes' walk away. Polite and helpful management. Apartment facilities are being upgraded. Double glazing cuts down traffic noise. Free Wi-Fi and free parking, provision for visitor parking an added bonus. Spacious two bedroom unit made our five day stay for three adults very pleasant. Overall, far better value than a motel room!

Really loved the apartment, we felt like we should have been paying a lot more than we were. New, Modern, Clean and with a big balcony. Great place to stay.

Could do with a bit of maintenance. Found it hard to open and close curtains. A bit noisy from the traffic intersection.

My wife and I loved the apartment and it was so convenient to have an Asian Restaurant and a Coffee Shop just outside the entrance. Excellent location to be able to walk into the CBD of Brisbane.
About the only thing we could complain about was the traffic noise. But after a while you sort of get used to it.

Show head made water very hard on skin, Taps seemed to have very hot water even on cold?, No clock in apartment on wall, No microwave dishes, vents in air con were very dirty,
all of the above, helpful staff and great to have a balcony and everything you needed. good design, nice view, close to everything.
lack of cleanliness let the overall experience down. while the linen and bathroom were fine the kitchen was grubby. we ate out for the 2 days we were there so it didn't bother us too much but wouldn't have wanted to cook in the kitchen. the 2 glasses we used had to be washed before use.
Very nice, staff went the extra mile to help.

I loved that I had plenty of space - kitchen, living room, big balcony and laundry facilities. Much better than staying in a hotel. The car park was spacious and free of charge too.
Reception opens only from 9am til 4pm. No food available on the premises, but there were places nearby.
