The inn is beautiful, charming cabins in a lovely setting. When we checked in we were not happy with our room, it was very small and closed in. The windows opened up to a walkway with people going by so you didn't have privacy. The owner changed our room the next day and we were very satisfied.
Breakfast was excellent, cooked each morning with different selections. Each evening they had wine and snacks which were also great. Loved the location, beautiful and a nice drive to emerald bay.

Big rooms, wifi worked decently, proximity to Homewood and other north Tahoe ski resorts is ideal. Be sure to check out Spoon restaurant across the street from the lodge if you stay here. Some of the staff in the restaurant are super nice. -

It was right next to the lake and easy to get in and out of. I was able to book it cheaper on Booking then when I walked into the lobby. I needed a play to lay my head down for the night. It was clean. It was close to places to eat and we walked to dinner. Staff was nice, -

The hostess was VERY nice, kind and welcoming. She had a simple but good breakfast for us: waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal, juice, fruit, etc. The room was pretty. My grandson even said he "loved" it! It was an excellent value for the money. -
We had a wonderful one night stay at the Aviva Inn. The place is very cute and recently renovated.
