The rooms are nice and updated with convenient kitchenette, balcony and tile showers with dual shower heads. Staff was awesome. We celebrated our anniversary there and the staff was able to upgrade us to a gorgeous suite. -

The staff were all top notch, the room was beautiful and it had the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. The room design and decor was unique and modern, but warm and welcoming. The building itself is an old manufacturing facility of some sort and the interior exposed brick added a nice touch. Definite value for your money at $50 less

The front desk agent, Keyanna was very polite and warm in checking in my wife & I and we are so grateful for the opportunity to stay at the Crowne Plaza in Clayton, provided by the Pastor's Aide Ministry of my church. We loved being able to go shopping and eat whenever we wanted and didn't have to drive anywhere to do that. We also loved pay per viewing movies in our room and not having to go to a theater. And loved the peaceful quiet we experienced. -

I thought the quality of the facility was excellent. I didn't get the feeling that we were being watched all the time. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was better than most places that only have a toaster and Danish. It was very clean and I wasn't embarrassed to have referred my in-laws before we went. -
