  The owner is so helpful and friendly. Close to S Padre Island, across the street from walmart, HEB, several gas ststions, fast food and a couple of resturants. Great value for the money especially the kitchen with tons of cabinets, regular stove, coffee maker, microwave and a full size refrig/freezer. Lots of hot water, and cold AC. You do need to... wat mensen zeggen » bring your cups, plates, bowls, pots and silerware folks. I brought a bare minimum because who wants to cook big meals and hand wash that many dishes - Location is great: It is next Walmart, Whataburger, Pizza restaurant and other eating facilities::: Plenty of parking space. Room very clean/kitchen area & bedroom. Overall the room was very spacious. very QUITE, no loud music in the parking lot:: I don't care for breakfast but for the price, this was GREAT:
