  Very friendly! Loved hearing the Native American Flute Player in the lobby when we arrived. Loved the art in the lodge. Staff were very helpful in keeping our electronic items safe when we took the helicopter down to the Havasupai Canyon floor. The spa was wonderful when we returned with aching muscles and blistered feet. The guests were very frie... wat mensen zeggen » ndly and became comrades on the journey into and out of the canyon! Would definitely stay again. We didn't even mind the train :) - Excellent value for money. Far more luxurious than I expected, in fact on par with the Best Western Chain but more facilities and less expensive. Whilst my daughter and I were there we were delighted to be entertained by top class Native American Singers, Flutist and Dancer as well as having the opportunity to sign up for a 'make your own Dream Catcher Class' Unfortunately we were only able to stay for one night. I would thoroughly recommend this Hotel.
