LOCATION.LOCATION.LOCATION. This location was perfect about a two minute walk to the boardwalk. Near the Hooters, a mini mart that has excellent prices might I add, a 7 eleven, etc. Great stay for groups the property manager was very chill never complained about us smoking on the porch, nor blasting music too loud. Great, personable staff owner went out of his way to get me and my fiancè and wine opener when all stores were closed. Room was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent!.

Great location, very big and spacious, perfect for several couples, great to have a kitchen and refrigerator and a separate living room to hang out in. Really close to the beach. Room to play with my little boy. Room layout was great for us. Front porch was enjoyable in the evenings. Management very friendly and helpful. Left us check in early which was very nice since we were only there for two day's. Location. Easy to find. Nice sturdy furniture. Clean. Good carpets. Comfy beds. Clean bath, etc. Quiet. Very friendly staff, awesome beach view, huge apartment, great water pressure, clean. close to the road for the car show,a lot of room for three adults and a kitchen. clean, great value, good location near the boardwalk, great value,. You are only steps from the boardwalk! Parking right on site!. Close to the ocean, easy Parking and cooking facilities. The manager was very nice and polite I give it a 100%. I really enjoyed the location of the room. It was close to the beach and all of the boardwalk attractions. We also had a nice view from our private balcony. The staff is friendly. It's perfect for groups of 6. 1/2 block off the beach. Very convenient to everything. Loved where it was located. Actually we will be checking it out for next year. I like the fact that it was close to the boardwalk and it's very convenient. The owners seemed cool. The location. It is less than a block from the boardwalk. very close to the boardwalk Kinda cheap. The location to boardwalk was the only good thing. There was nothing to like about that place. The manager was friendly. Room always felt very damp. The 3 day I was there it was little cold outside. No hot water the first day, horrible cold showers and no heat, it was freezing in the apartment, we went the first weekend in May. Upon check out we were told that each room had a way to control the heating, I wish I knew in advance. Also, it is am empty apartment, so you have to take everything... Bring iron, towels, bathroom rug, and anything else you need. Some room doors didn't close all the way and some of the lights were not working. Noisy air conditioner. We asked for first floor, but managed to climb the steps. Should have some outside shots of building in ads. Found a couple dirty dishes. Give info about kitchen trash bags in advance. We had to leave. very outdated bathroom. simple, plain. Entry door handles need to be fixed. The door was really hard to lock. Was not right on the beach as one of the pictures showed, howere, they do have an location right on the beach. The room was not like the pictures at all. The faucets didn't work and the settings were backwards. There's no outlet in the bathroom to plug anything in. The blinds were almost all broken. Lastly, I didn't appreciate being told we had the room until 12:30 and he came banging on the door at 10:00. Outside door didn't really lock, didn't know that I was suppose to being sheets (not a big deal) but I guess I missed that?. It just seems old and outdated, it smelled like Mildew in the bathroom and the bathroom felt dirty. I saw a few bugs in the kitchen. The refrigerator was extra old. Basically, it needs to be renovated. It is not a hotel. No staff. No service. You have to pay extra for towels and sheets and there is no housekeeping so you are responsible for trash, making the beds, etc and the linens that you paid extra for are not changed out. Ever. The kitchen was not clean enough for us to feel comfortable cooking in it. We could never connect to the WiFi but were able to use the Xfinity connection when we were in the apt. Everything looks and feels old. The owners were rude. Small bathroom uncomfortable beds tiny rooms. Pretty much nothing was working on that hotel The Door Lockes Kitchen equipment was not work !!!!!. Dirty. Uncomfortable. Terrible parking. small. overall very disappointed. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the carpet was really old and dingy. The bathroom had rust stains. The windows didn't block out any noise which was particularly bad considering I was running a half marathon and could hear every conversation outside my window and every motorcycle that drove by. I think the rate was extremely high plus there was an additional pet fee which was ridiculous considering the place was not clean.
