  I love that the Rooms were Clean!! The Staff was excellent! Didn't even spot any dust!!! The manager was even friendly!! Jena was Great! Started out with a problem with the remote, Jena got right on the problem! We had a new remote within 5 minutes.The Breakfast was excellent!!! The food was hot and fresh.   For the price, it was really good, I would have liked to have stayed longer but time was not on my side.. The maintence man was Very Very heplful, and he was right there when you called to report a problem, there was no waiting, I think I may have worn him out.....Housekeeping was very Kind, stop by to see if we needed the room cleaned, everyday,,... wat mensen zeggen » ,,I just needed towels, there was no small towels when we arrived, so it was taken care of right away...Had a problem with wi-fi, but it was taken car - Our small suite was clean and fresh, we were glad to have a stove in the kitchen. We were travelling with two small dogs, so we appreciated the tile floors and first floor location. The staff was friendly, courteous and efficient in service. Spoke to morning attendant about loud general music speakers, and she promptly lowered the volume.

We always stay at this Red Roof when we are in San Antonio. The staff will even help you plan some affordable family fun if you have questions.
