  Really smart front desk staff. Clear answers to everything. Free glass of wine around dinner time, free cookies before bed. Nice. I loved that there was original art on every floor. Nicely appointed, super comfortable rooms. I arrived a day late, as my original flight was snowed out. I fully expected to have to pay for that night, but they ... wat mensen zeggen » didn't charge me. Very classy all the way. - We love the central location, super friendly staff, well appointed rooms, manager's hour, cookies, and big breakfast. They were very helpful in figuring out how to get to the airport while avoiding the traffic/congestion for the downtown parade. We plan to stay here whenever we are in Houston.

  Almost everything. Very quiet. Nice bath products. Clean and well maintained. Meals were very good. Breakfast and dinner. Restaurant staff worked very hard to provide good service. Spa and pool area were very very nice. Shuttle bus is an excellent service to nearby attractions, restaurants etc. - The Bell Captain & his staff were invaluable ... wat mensen zeggen » & was proactive in guiding us where we wanted to go & options that were not readily apparent. Their shuttle service is a very positive courtesy for guests.

We enjoyed the complimentary happy hour, breakfast and wifi.   Staff on reception, were excellent, extremely welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Definitely would stay there again. The bed (12th Floor) so comfy a real treat! - I enjoyed the resturant a variety of food buffet. My husnand and i loved it. Everyone was polite and helpful. We would stay here again.
