  It was so quaint, convenient, clean and comfortable. Just what we needed for an anniversary. Traveled all the way from Oahu (Kailua) to finally see the last island we had never visited before. Walking distance to all the local eateries--we tried them all and ate in the hotel. So glad we did not stay in either of the resorts. Hotel Lanai was a trea... wat mensen zeggen » sure for us. Do not miss the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream custom baked for you! Aloha, Janis and John, Kailua, hi - Enjoyed our stay but this place would not be good for everyone. No tv and being older historic building the walls were quite thin so this is probably not a good place for kids or party people. Nice continental breakfast (fresh fruit, cereal, juice & fresh baked pastries). There is also a mini fridge & a small ice chest which they will fill with ice. Did not eat dinner at the restaurant but it was quite crowded so I am assuming it is good.
