  We stayed here twice. Once on the way down to Key West and on the way back to Miami. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The manager greeted all guests in the morning outside the breakfast area. The continental breakfast had many choices and there were several staff constantly refilling the food items. I neede... wat mensen zeggen » d to do laundry and was very appreciative of the complimentary washers and dryers.(make sure you pick up some detergent across the street at Publix). - Excellent stay! Not only was the Floridian Hotel budget friendly, but the rooms were very clean, the decor is fun and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The Manager, Michael, was also on site greeting clients. First rate experience! I would highly recommend the Floridian.

Breakfast was ok, nice make-your-own waffles, with a reasonable choice of continental and hot food, although breakfast area was rather crowded. Free coffee at reception.   Good location. Cheap. - As the hotel is called a Motel it's not located in near town area. But with a car and just as a overnight stop before going to the keys it was great. Big room with TV, two beds and AC. Not really clean but ok. The staff was friendly and tried to do their best.
