Love all the details. Paul Mitchell toiletries, strong wifi in our room (on 2nd floor), feather pillows, comfortable bed, hot (not warm) hot tub for adults (kids had pool), room cleaned every day (stayed 3 days), extra towels delivered within 15 minutes, just an awesome place to stay. I was impressed with the location, cleanliness. the staff person and the overall "feel" of the room. I was in town for a brief time to attend a volunteer training seminar and due to the comfort I felt being at this hotel, I wish I would have booked for two nights.

I liked receiving a phone call from the front desk soon after entering room to find out if everything was alright with the room.
Repair on shower was done within a few hour of reporting it. Very friendly, efficient and prompt repair man. -

Check-in was efficient and night desk mgr., was polite and helpful!
Room was clean and everything operated well. It appears the property is undergoing some updating and renovation...but it didn't interfere with our stay. Great value in an in-demand location between Novi/Northville and Farmington Hills. -
