I liked the comfort and utilities provided aswell the location.. peaceful and relaxing..Perfect for a break from daily hectic lives!
The only thing i did not like was that the washrooms had a bad smell though it was clean we could not stand the smell.. it would be better to provide a room freshener or toilet freshener to make the stay more pleasant!!

The villa was extensively huge for just 4 families, the location was good and easy to find and teh swimming pool which was opposite teh villa was a plus point...good to organize a massive party. They also gave us extra time untill 5pm to check out since the villa was handed over late to us.
The staff need to be attentive to a bit more on the requirement of cleanliness. It would be good to have a cooking range since they provide microwave and the fridge needs to be changed / repaired to provide better cooling.

This hotel will be my first choice next visit to Umm Al Quwain, Very quiet and peaceful hotel, food and beverages prices were reasonable.we liked the tennis court and the pool bar.

- Ac in the driver's room (the room outside the main villa) has an auto sleep set-up. It keeps on switching on and off and sometimes it becomes too hot even if the temp is set on the lowest possible at 19 degrees C. We did not bother to call engineering as we were too tired from crab hunting. - Housekeeping is not so great. The towels are yellowish (a bit stained). Good we carried our own towels. And the bed is itchy!

For the price, the rooms are clean, comfortable and an excellent value! You can easily bring a large family or group of friends!
Office demands to hold your passport or Emirates Identification in the office, despite government regulation stipulating that it is not lawful to do so. When I refused, they banged on my door and tried to get in the next day, to guarantee that I hadn't left without paying for the second day.
The place is definitely value for money. Nice place if you want to 'get away from it all' The villas are clean and spacious. There is complete privacy with high compound walls
The pool and amenities (restaurant + basketball court + tennis court + gym) are located at one end of the property. This means that while the amenities are close to a few villas, it can be a good long walk for the others. So if you are unlucky to get a villa close to the pool, prepare to walk about 100 mtrs. The staff friendliness needs a review.

There was huge noice early in the morning from the other villa, was loud music from theother villa and also a fight from the other.

Very bad odour and lots of insects.

Location, services I didn't believe these previous comments. Stupid of me. They are all true, even those too short shower curtains exist. I informed the reception about not working fridge, which is essential to keep your drinks cool in a "dry" emirate. Nothing happened.

It was better to stay in our own house rather coming here, no response from the room service, no food after 11.00PM because the restaurant was closed, no current for 8 hours in the room, it was a very bad experience and would like to suggest our friends not to visit this place

Facilities are very poor and there were no equipments in the villa. Staff atenntion was not much good had to wait for them more than 3hrs. Villa wasnt very clean and we had to clean the toilets by ourselves.
