Overall an excellent stay, staff excellent and acomodating hotel facilities first class
Maybe because hotel has only recently opened but you have to run the water for some time to get clear water.Initial opening of water in taps, bathroom, shower etc water is black and then orange color

it took me quite some efforts to achieve free WIFI in the room (Only Hon Members enjoy free WIFI! - Hilton plocy?!). The pool and beach area is not overwhelming.
Full attention to every detail. Room was very spacious and we had a great view of the pool and beach front.

we really like the hotel ambiance and our room and the facilities, the foods was excellent, we got free upgrade to junior suite which made the weekend getaway more memoreable for both of us, the location is very near to Dubai (where we are living); and it was really such a relaxing moment for both of us, definitely will come back to try the spa!
At the check in, it took a while for us to do the check in, but it was vert minor. The teppanyaki selections at UMI restaurant not like what I'm expecting, but in general the foods was super
it should be 7 star hotels espically from a service point of view. the hotel stuff were very helpful and kind . also i like the kids club and the stuff there.
One of the best hotels I've ever been to - a stunning hotel with well trained, knowledgeable staff, attentive but not intrusive. Rooms with plenty of space. So much attention to detail. Excellent restaurants.
The concierge was meant to find out if a massage was possible. It wasn't as it was a busy weekend but we were not informed. Noise level in the Japanese restaurant spoils the experience (noisy chairs on hard surface).

Rooms were very nicely appointed and spacious. The facilities were designed for relaxation and time off.
There were no signs on road guiding the driver to the hotel. I spent a little time circling the place then turned to my smart phone for directions.

It took too long to get my room ready. Lost at least 1.5 hrs when I could have gone to the beach
The hotel is absolutely stunning. The interiors is fabulous especially the lobby and the rooms themselves. The food was nice and the view of the sea was lovely.
The main entrance was crowded with cars, it was difficult to drive around. Wi-fi is ridiculously expensive!
Staff were superb and the suite was luxurious comfortable and wide.

Guys the rate is to high In my opinion if there is some Offer you can do that would Be perfect I do love the place and to be Honest I need to stay a Couple of days to feel the Place, but at the same time I Can not because of the high Rate and that is the only Issue Thanks a lot

Kids swimming pool in the kids club was freezing !!! They need to make it warm for the kids. Also, no safe guard person in the kids area. Finally, the prise was high.

1-In a suite how would you have the entrance door followed by the bedroom and at the end the lounge? This is a big mistake in design. 2-Most staff needs training. Specially the room service staff as they take too much time in their service, once they are called upon to provide a service. 3-The response of the concierge is too slow.
The Resort is very nice and enjoyable for a family that likes to relax in a relaxing environment with nice Beach and golf resort.
The check in and out is slow. in some of the outlets the service can be a bit slow as well but the supervisors are knowledgeable and capable to continue to train the staff. also, I feel that there are very little for kids, there should be more play grounds and water games for them. My grand son who is six years old was quickly bored.
I liked the ambiance and the décor and the size of the rooms . Also the beach and it's facilities and sports. The breakfast was very good also the beach restaurant and the Arabic restaurant on the 16th floor.
I didn't like the limited number of tv stations, the room service and or cleaning staff were not always replacing things like tea, coffee, sugar ect. The pillows are not comfortable. I believe with such a famous Hotels Chain like the waldorf astoria it's not right to charge people who are staying in such a hotel for the use of WiFi internet which they told us that we should pay Dhs80 per day. This is pity money but still it should be a free service in a hotel of this slandered.
Very beautiful and grand, and yet intimate and friendly.
It took 4 phone calls and 75 minutes to get a bucket of ice. A few staffing kinks still to be worked out. However, most of the staff was ultra-friendly, efficient and very polite.
This hotel is a ripoff, 15 Euro/day for internet, 300 Euro for a massage - ridiculous - this the masseur's monthly salary in the UAE

The card that i used before & after Waldorf Astoria didnt work there while the recepsionist was entering the card number manually instead of swiping it??? This made me feel unconfortable at the end. There was a double queen bed in the room but we hardly fit in the bed.

Not quite ready yet. No facilities( Hair dresser etc) Not enough staff we had to wait a long time at breakfast on second day and lunch on first day.
Luxurious hotel, brand new, spacious deluxe rooms, great beach and pools, spa , restaurants, friendly personal concierge.
Fire alarm at 6:50 in the morning on Friday , day off in UAE, telling us to evacuate not use the elevators and run for safety . Of course it was a false alert . after that they offered me the breakfast which was initially not included in the room, but I still find it hard to accept the dramatic woke up !
Very luxury place !!!! More than what expect !!! Wide ...every thing is luxury...very friendly staff and smiling always... Clean pool and big... Places for childern .. I really like it and it will be my favorate hotel in ras al khaimah

Looked like a Astoria and the staff were friendly and eager.
They could not get one drink right, from the cocktails to the sake (which was just hot water in a jug). It was like something from Faulty Towers. They need a decent Bar Manager or Mixologist. Truly beggared belief.

There were no signs to the hotel or many in the hotel. The main pool was rather small for the size of the hotel and very noisy with a lot of screaming children. There should be a separate pool just for adults and older kids The pool bar / cafe was far too small and became crowded very quickly even when the hotel was not particularly busy. Service and room service in particular was very slow.
