It have good look from side window of one side rooms. You see down town from your room.
We stayed in this hotel as we had 14 hours to wait in Dubai until our connecting flight and just wanted somewhere cheap to get our heads down. We got a taxi from the airport which took about 15 minutes. The rooms were clean and we cant really complain. It wasn't in a great area but the taxi in the morning to Dubai Mall was cheap and only about 10 minutes away so wasn't too bad.
The hotel is also a Russian Nightclub so there is some music but it wasnt loud and annoying enough to keep me from sleeping

Access the hotel is bad Cuz no road, sadly there was a new stuff and the dont know how to work wrong room key + ID lost. But the stuff are kind.
Noise in the night club
My stay in this hotel was nice, Staff was cooperative and have good knowledge about the city and they are always ready to help the guest. Receiption was also good. Furniture and cleaning was fine. I would definitly recommend to stay in this hotel.
I pre-booked the Taxi and it arrived one hour late but that was a misscommunicaiton so its negligible. Secondly, the location was found unconvinient at first but after that when i came to know the nearby places like resturants and bus stations, i realized that it is okay for me.

The Night Club was a bit DIsturbing. The Bass of the music from the night club was able to be heard in the room lightly. Other than that the Hotel is recommneded to all.

Although there was some problem initially due to the gulfood Rush but the staff specially the front office ,they handled the situation nicely and despite of that episode of over booking I would give the over all rating 8/10.
Staff ..(karen) was very helpful, the room was great clean, lcd, nice view. Good money value.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help me every single time i needed something. The room was great and tastefully decorated.
The hotel has vies of the construction works in front of it from the balcony. And although it has a bus stop in front of it the metro station (which is the best way to get around/) is far and you need to get a taxi. The area itself is far from all the main sights in Dubai but saying TT any closer and the hotel price almost doubles.

The staff was very friendly. Really good customer service. If you know how to use the public transportation (buses), it's a decent location. Rooftop pool.
Strange night clubs with girls--felt like a non-strip, strip club. We asked the concierge to tell us which terminal our flight left from and she didn't look it up for us, she just guessed--it turned out that her guess was wrong and it took us a long time and money to get to the correct one.
Its a very quiet neighborhood and the restaurant is fantastic.
Its not easy to get a cab in the location of the hotel.

Stayed on the second floor. The clubs were too noisy. Couldn't sleep until 3 am.
Good location. Friendly, helpful staff. Room, bath as expected for the money (not the best, not the worst). Quiete rooms.
Moist fungus on the walls. No good channels on panel tv. Restaurant meals are too expensive (bottle of water 10aed). No ceattle, no tea/coffee. No bus services.

Put my 2 bags in luggage room during check out time & told reception will come late evening to pick up but around 9pm when came to pick up my bags someone already put my bags (dont know at wot time ) in lobby area in front of reception. Who would be responsible in case of lost? & Wifi should be available.

The bathroom was not clean, the mirrors gloss coating had worn off cos of the steam...it was clouded...the room of the bathroom had rust & looks like the geyser was leaking. Its noisy till late in the evening...cos of the music from the restaurants !!

This hotel is very bad in following points . 1 : very poor house keeping u will order food they ill come with bill if u dnt have cash money they will take the food back other are dropping bill in reception once u wana check out u can pay that time also but this hotel is very bad in this phase. 2 : there is no laundry service ,no taxi acces out of way, reception is very poor . 3 : not good for families

Only good thing about the hotel is room service.
Nothing is really good everything was a mess. Hotel staff was reluctant to help no was ready to help for anything.. Stupid conditions was there.. Late check in time was the biggest headache we ever had. Internet service was for only 1 pc at a time and had to pay.. Everything was stupiddddddddddddddd

I was practically harassed .. They brought a bouncer to my door to intimidate me.. The reception staff was rude. They provided no facilities to heat my meals as I had special dietary needs. The bathroom was always flooded.. The air condition stopped working a number of times..
They dont recognize their frequent guest and very very bad service.

I was surprised that the it is 3 star services. There was no breakfast included the internet was charged the some of the light was not working the no enough elevator in the building. Very bad hotel I would not recommend for enemy.
the toilet needs maintenance the wood around the toilet door has openings and some cockroach medicine was all around it. it was so disgusting the walls of the room had stains all over. needs tremendous cleaning and maintenance renovation
On arriving miserable, unhelpful staff. Miles from anywhere even the Metro. Staff not helpful at all and faces like smacked arses. Moved after 2 nights, wldnt go back or recommend
