The staff was very friendly. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The reception desk experience during check-in was excellent. I was upgraded to an executive suite and extremely pleased with the size and comfort of the space. Exemplary customer service!!

Gewillig hotel met uitstekend locatie. Het is meer dan 3 sterren waard. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ontbijt uitgebreid en gevarieerd. WiFi was zeer goed verbinding overal in het hotel. Kortom echt een aanrader! -

I stayed in a single room. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Check
in and checkout was easy and fast. Reception staffs were professional.
The hotel is within walking distance from a big mall and the area is
full of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with good

The hotel opening at the end of 2012 and is in its "soft start up" phase gradually receruiting and training staff and opening up facilities. By the summer of 2013 it should be up to speed. The staff are very hrlpful and friendly and the food at the buffet resaurant (the only one open) was excellent.
