  The stay was amazing! the front desk staff were really quick and helpful, there is a small grocery shop downstairs, the prices are realy reasonable- basically you are staying in a Rotana hotel and paying about half the general Rotana rates elsewhere. Unless you are extremely picky about room size and some luxury amenities around the room, you shou... wat mensen zeggen » ldn't dismiss this hotel. - The staff was very friendly. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

  Gewillig hotel met uitstekend locatie. Het is meer dan 3 sterren waard. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ontbijt uitgebreid en gevarieerd. WiFi was zeer goed verbinding overal in het hotel. Kortom echt een aanrader! - I booked for four nights, and felt so comfortable that I stayed for three more! The staff at the hotel ranged from good to excellent, and I did not have a single bad experience or word with any one of them. I would highly recommend this hotel to budget- conscious travellers looking for an alternative to the somewhat overpriced - I stayed in a single room. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Check in and checkout was easy and fast. Reception staffs were professional. The hotel is within walking distance from a big mall and the area is full of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with good varieties.

Cleeanliness standard maintained contrary to other reviews. - I like the place as i enjoyed during my stay, being in touch in my business thorugh Hi-speed wi-fi which was free of cost, staff very keen to help, comfortable place to stay value for money as i paid just Dhs. 300 and got more than what i was expecting. and I like the buffet breakfast at verona
