My husband and I would like to compliment the hotel on the standard of service received from the staff. In particular we would to thank Patrick Walsh, from the restaurant, for his efficient and friendly manner. Even though he was extremely busy, it never affected the service he provided. Right in the heart of the town, so easy walking distance to a good selection of restaurants and bars. - I like the choice of facilities and the location is perfect forshoppers as it has a very large shopping centre just a five minute walkfrom the hotel with all the top high street shops. A very good stay andwell worth the money, I would defiantly book this hotel again. Thestaff were very friendly and have excellent service. Over all I verymuch enjoyed my stay.

The room was large and fully functional - very clean.
Reception welcome and departure were very good - all staff were very courteous.
Breakfast was lovely and nice to have a freshly cooked to order rather than a hot servery.
The attached Beefeater restaurant was also superb.
